WHAT REMAINS SPRING TOUR KICKS OFF NEXT WEEK; NORTH AMERICAN DATES WITH SABATON THIS FALL
Pop Evil return with What Remains (Midnight Edition), an expanded version of their acclaimed 2025 release across all platforms. Building on the momentum of What Remains, the Midnight Edition delivers a darker, more cinematic experience, featuring two new tracks, including the recently released single “The Decay” and a powerful reimagining of the iconic ‘80s hit “Don’t You (Forget About Me).”
Far from a traditional cover, Pop Evil’s take on “Don’t You (Forget About Me)” transforms the beloved anthem into a sweeping, tension-filled rock epic. The track opens with moody restraint, layered with atmospheric textures and intimate vocals, before erupting into a massive, emotionally charged crescendo. The band amplifies the song’s core themes of memory and longing, pairing nostalgia with modern production and arena-ready intensity.
The Midnight Edition enhances the original album’s scope with deeper dynamics, expanded sonic textures, and a more brooding tone, elevating What Remains into a bold, immersive listening experience. This release bridges generations, offering longtime fans a fresh perspective while introducing a new audience to Pop Evil’s evolving sound.
With What Remains (Midnight Edition), Pop Evil continue to push their creative boundaries, honoring the past while continuing to forge a powerful path forward.
